The Client Protection Committee of the International Bar Association will be presenting a full-day session at the IBA conference on October 26, 2004 in Auckland, New Zealand with Risk Management as its theme, i.e. Risk Management seen from the point of view of trustees' responsibilities to diligently preserve,and ensure the sustained growth in, the value of the asset bases of the funds which they administer.

The session will be attended by lawyers, client protection operators and regulators of the profession from several jurisdictions across the globe, to consider new developments in risk management thinking.
